I don't have an IronSight account. Can I still use the app?
In order to use IronSight, you must be added by an IronSight Hub Admin. You'll then receive an invite email, and receive access.

Make sure you're using the correct product (paperless for form submissions, Dispatch Hub or the IronSight mobile app for jobs).
Check that you've entered the correct email and password.
Check with your internal IronSight Hub Admin to make sure your account is set up properly.
How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password from the login page.
Make sure you're using the email address associated with your IronSight account, and be sure to check your junk mail.

My invite expired
If your IronSight invite has expired, you can use the password reset steps above to receive another invite email.
If your paperless invite has expired, contact your supervisor to re-send the email.
Mobile App
Does IronSight's mobile app work offline?
Yes. Users can view jobs, chats, locations, etc. while offline. However, an internet connection is needed to send or receive updated information.
What devices are supported?
IronSight’s mobile app runs on any Apple device running iOS 10.0 or later, and works best with the most recent version.

How do I know my jobs are up to date in the app?

How do I stop GPS tracking when I'm off-shift?
Can You Play Ironsight On Mac
Stop GPS tracking by changing or logging out of a unit using the bottom sheet, or the side drawer. Logging out of the app will also stop GPS tracking.
